The hotel is nestles along Achugao Beach, reputed to be the most beautiful beach in Saipan, and is a thirty-minutes drive away from Saipan International Airport.

The rooms with ocean view are very large in size and have tropical ambience. They are deluxe rooms and have a private balcony with garden furniture. The Internet connection is available. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are in very good condition.

Three restaurants including a poolside BBQ restaurant, a lounge bar, and a poolside bar.
