This is basic accommodation, with an extraordinary location and is ideal for those travelling on a tight budget and the student market. (03/05)

The lobby is very small and leads directly to the bedrooms.
exterior
This is a late Victorian mansion block, which has retained many of its original architectural features.
restaurant
There is no restaurant on the premises, therefore a boxed breakfast is served in the bedrooms. The hall has a comfortable common room on the ground floor with a TV and video.
rooms
All the rooms are very basically furnished and have no facilities. The building belongs to the University of Westminster and all the bedrooms are study rooms during term time and are thoroughly cleaned prior to letting in the summer. They are, on average, small in size. There are fully equipped kitchens on each floor where hot snacks and drinks can be prepared.
location
Located in a quiet residential street, off the paved piazza of Westminster Catholic Cathedral and the lively commercial district of Victoria. Wigram House is at the very heart of the London tourist sights. Westminster Abbey, The Palace of Westminster, dominated by Big Ben and its famous clock tower, the London Eye and the River Thames are less than a 10 minutes walk away.
