Tommy Miah - the hotel owner - trained as a chef, he opened his first Indian Restaurant more than Twenty years ago in Edinburgh. Within the hotel he has established a Chai Bari restaurant serving a range of specialy teas and coffees and light meals. Dishes will be based on an Asian-style tapas bar, offering two types of curry and a pasta dish and drinks.
