The ground floor breakfast room is very bright due to full length windows overlooking the hotel garden.

The rooms are medium size and in very good condition. Walls are painted in bright cream colour and all rooms have a table and comfortable chairs. Most of the rooms overlook the private garden. Bathrooms are also in excellent condition.

The Derby hotel is located in fashionable South Kensington, within easy reach of High Street Kensington and Earls Court exhibition centre.
